I've read all the Kaname from part 1 to 7, and I say, it's quite a rollercoaster. Kaname is an prostitute who crossdress into a girl while getting himself assfucked. The grey-haired silghtly old man is his client. Kaname was getting a taste of the usual prison rape from another client blackmailing him, then the old man saves him by giving him his (fake) medical records.
So they're basically having more relationship than a whore with it's client. Kaname felt that he has a favor on the old man and the old man did it because he felt this teen's life in danger. It's heartwarming and makes my dick hard(I'm not gay, liking traps isn't gay). So, a great score for this one, I felt.
