I have a theory.

The guy said earlier that she was his first love, which means he already loved her long before the gyaru debut but was too afraid to say it. We find out at the end that she loved him too, even back then so the million dollar question is, why didn't she tell him before?

The answer given is that she wanted to wait until he got older. Now there are a few issues with this, firstly, it can be assumed that she didn't get into any relationships with anyone else because she loved him but, she seemed quite sexually experienced. So either she is just so super confident now that she comes of as much more experienced than she is or, she had other flings prior which kind of contradicts the whole "I have loved you for a long time" spiel.

There is also the fact that she only decided to come over when she was called because the dude was having problems with grades, it is implied that they had not seen each other in a long time, so why did it take this long for her to visit the person she apparently has loved for a while now? (especially after admitting that she was worried that he would have "forgotten" about her, I understand that she was waiting until he got older but surely a couple of visits during that time period wouldn't have hurt).

There is also the question of why she changed her image, and what happened during the gap they hadn't seen each other. She said to him "From now on I am yours" which makes the idea that she had already been in relationships before him even more plausible, especially as a gyaru she must have had some attention from guys.

Or maybe i'm just overthinking things. Maybe she really did just stop visiting so she could resist touching him until he was old enough, maybe the new look was just to look more attractive for him (maybe she just wanted a change), maybe she really was faithfully waiting this whole time, maybe she always had such a forward, slutty personality (that she had to restrain for years until he was old enough, which is why she wanted to be rewarded for it during the sex) Or maybe I need to get a life and stop wasting time analysing Hentai which is already known for not making sense anyways!
