Following Shirou's ambition for power, he searches the Internet hentai galleries for more ridiculous uploads such as this one. Many have been banned along the way, and it is most plausible that the reporter for this documentary will suffer the same fate.

Before Shirou's first step to power ensued, the tragedy of NyaaTorrents occured. Everyone was in a state of panic and turmoil. Shirou, being the opportunistic one, seized the chance to upload a prank doujin and ruin everyone's fap time. He even shared it in Pururin's Discord server.

It is yet unclear whether Shirou will take a step further into his own madness, or remain dormant until the next disturbance in the Internet occurs. Until then, he will be kept under close observation.
It is also uncertain that any of Shirou's intentions, as assumed by this report, holds any credibility. But one thing is for certain, and that is my name jeff
