We don't have tags for sex positions, as they're not really fetishes per se, and if we approve one of them, we would need like 20+ more, which just leads to confusion.

well it's a really unique position and is an actual fetish on its own (related to extreme domination, humiliation and/or ryona), the only other position i could think of that acts as a fetish and may recquire a tag as well is the "mating press". other then that, all sexual positions don't recquire one since they are not related to other themes.
i'm for reconsidering adding the tag as well.
