damn, turning her master into that, I get that the mistress is in that kind of relationship with her husband, but she should be more protective of her own child at least making sure it's not the servant that does that to him but some girl fit for him instead, one of the worst one's so far, simply due to the maid's 180 personality change and the mother's attitude towards it.

Could've been a lot better without that first page and/or that last page, they create some rather big issue's with continuity given the first page it's clear that she wasn't in a position to be doing what she did neither due to standing or sexism surrounding the work's world(in this world males aren't badly off enough that just anyone can come up and abuse the wealthy ones), but when it ends the mother is praising her for what? damaging her property(her child) it's her only heir she should care least that much, but she praises her instead? is the mother about to go yandere on her or something, there are plenty of contexts in which such a story would work but none were used here, it's just a random psychotic maid beating a kid and getting praised for it.
