As for the colorized galleries I let through, the 2 today I shared with Shirou because I wasn't sure if quality was high enough to allow recolor, then we both discovered the origimal artist had recolored it themselves, which is totally allowed, but removed "(colorized)" from the title to avoid people thinking we just allowed all colorized content now instead of very specific cases. A 3rd one was not rejected because Shirou and I agreed the quality was high enough to be allowed an exception.
I'll call in Shirou as I'm not sure how to better explain the specific rules on colorized gallerries myself (assuming you already double checked uploading rules for it) but in general those galleries have to meet pretty high quality standards and I'll pass stuff on to him for a final verdict if it seems to stand a chance of making that cut.

edit: if the reason for the edit isn't instantly obvious at a first glance try to mention page numbers in the notes, especially with tankoubons.

yeah in general if you wanna upload something, after checking if its already on site, ctrl+f both english and roamnji name in the pending contributions list, Sigmarc will probably have it on pending already.
yeah another note, found out after saying that that another user already uploaded it, think it'll be about 1-2 months till its approved at our rate of 10-20 new galleries every 1-2 days but you don't need to reupload it. also, while sadpanda needs a week or so to get in, e-hentai has pretty much the same content except for loli/shota stuff
