Most of the time there is a comment on the translated version pointing to the RAW / original Japanese release as well. If the RAW has way more chapters / pages than the translation, it's still incomplete. The only times it's okay to upload such galleries is when it's clear that the project was abandoned and more chapters won't be released anymore (after a year of the last update or so).
Addendum: You keep uploading stuff that is already in the queue / was already uloaded too without even checking if it was, but throw a hissy fit when it happns the other way around for once.
Your source link was pointing to the old version with Spanish pages in both iterations. How the hell should I have known you corrected it with no comment indicating it? The page thumbnails are way too small to actually see what language it is and you can't see full pages either before an upload is approved. Also, before you start calling the mods on here stupid, you should look at yourself first and stop making the same stupid mistakes even after having been told a dozen times not to do so, such as uploading ongoing translation projects.
