Umm, as someone who already read the light novel and finish the anime, I don't think "Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka?" kind of world ending will fit with this one. Because the cause of world ending in Sukasuka (be careful spoiler from light novel) is happend because the curse that the "gods" use to create human were expired which why all the human beings turned into monster and beside not everyone in the Sukasuka world actually died. Also this doujin doesn't tell us what kind of world end they will face.
Sorry if you don't understand what I mean as I rarely comment in english and btw did this site have spoiler tag?
