Name for the merged tag should always be the one that will be imported unless there's a good reason for it (like 2 artists sharing the same name or ex being forced to butcher names because their tag names can't certain stuff like apostrophes in them, in very rare cases like Pettanko just vocal disagreement with their tag name like with Saber)
