Hidden Sex it is there, but a lot of galleries are missing tags, can only be fixed by people actually read a gallery to editing the tags afterwards.

You can take it to the discord or forum to make a case for it and mods would review it.
Mods still don't 100% agree on these requirements but I'd day there's 5 general requirements for new content tags.

1: Clarity: Tag description provided needs to be clear enough to leave edgecases at a minimum and name needs to summarize it properly.

2: Volume: tags with less than 20 example galleries would be too niche, I'd say 100+ is somewhat "healthy" but can do with less if other points are covered very strongly.

3 Interest: The tag needs to be more than just a personal fetish, I fully respect niches but giving people personal tags to themselves is not sustainable.

4: Identity: the tag has to be distinct enough, childs/slaves/subcategories to a larger tag are fine but need to be distinct enough of a subcategory yet not almost synonymous. Standalone tags need to be unique enough that you can't achieve pretty much the same result with a simple multitag search.

5 Maintenance: Pururin-exclusive tags don't add themselves, every gallery getting it would require an edit from someone and an approval of the edit by a moderator, so people need to give a good impression they can take some responsibility in getting their new tag applied where needed.

Personally I can relate to wanting this wholesome hidden sex subtag, I have my doubts about it clearing any of these requirements but if you want it seriously enough to put in the effort feel free to (try) prove me wrong on that.

Thanks a lot for the info, I think I may fail in point 3, but I've seen some authors who use that "under the table" niche from time to time, it was more of a wish upon a star for the Japanese to device a name to it, but I'll document the cases and if I've got enough I'll make the post 😁
