Its a bug, while back we needed to roll the database back to an earlier backup which pushed galleries back to the pending list, but trending section still has the popularity they had at that moment cached and keeps displaying them even though the links are dead and despite the fact stats for that reset daily (and still do for all galleries that have working links). Because this got re-approved as if it was a brand new gallery, it got a new url instead of the one trending section is trying to link to.

devs have looked into the issue but first attempt to fix it has failed and they're really tied up with other work at the moment.
