I believe this is actually a reupload. I recall reading this a bout a week back. It has filled in the first phew pages of exposition that were previously missing. I'm not sure what the significance was in the end. Perhaps it's a symbol of the "overlord's" complete domination over her purpose in life, leading her to even forget her own name. But, until we get a sequel, only so much can be inferred.

Fun fact: Himegoto is written as 秘め事 and means: secret. So it can be used to describe much more than just traps, but obviously the whole concept of a trap is a secret so there you have an anime and now a doujin.
