Actually it can. Scientifically speaking the average female's nerves are more highly concentrated near the entrance of the vagina. A woman's vagina is at average, 5-7 inches long and the entrance to the cervix is extremely sensitive so hitting it usually causes major discomfort and/or pain. On average a female doesn't achieve orgasms with mere acts of penetration.
