Seems like a bit of an edgecase between loli and pettanko at best.
As for the zombie, I think for the single panel I could find where I could clearly see it, it seems to be on the overlap between Monster and Zombie while at the same time sort of a false positive if you want to see much of either.

Yeah but tags have to work without canon knowledge, NTR and cheating are exceptions to that, genderbender, possession and body swap can be edgecases.

When people search for more visual, less context based tags like Zombie or Loli, they wanna find galleries that follow the global definition of the tag, not galleries where it technically would apply but only if you know the game/anime; this is part of the reason we have Loli/Shota tags for visuals instead of canonical age.

As I said, this is an edgecase though, while rather monstrous, it wass still recognizable as a humanoid, non-ghost, non-skeleton, undead.
