Trap usually just means cross-dressing. There are a handful of works that have straight traps, but the majority do tend to be yaoi. In this case, the tag seems to be a mistake. No cross-dressing at all. Granted, the kid seems a little feminine, and there was a shot of his butt in full display on page 7; however that isn't the usual use for trap tags.

Its use has broadened to include feminine (young) males in general.

edit: Removed it for now as its he's really not that girly by shota standards but do want to make clear avoid future misunderstandings: Tomgirls do fall under trap without a need for crossdressing because public understanding of the concept has watered down a lot in recent years.
I'm feeling conflicted with this one here...
