EH has a very strict policy of keeping this an open secret and not allowing it to be discussed or even directly acknowledged on their wiki, forum, IRC or comment sections so there is no official documentation for this sort of stuff.
You can also just swap out the x for a - (https://e-hentai.org/g/2386178/2c04422630/) and it'll work just fine unless it is exhentai exclusive content (mostly Loli and Bestiality, but sometimes stuff is randomly banished there without those tags and EH mods refuse to explain why this happens).
Most people here just browse Exhentai by default because it has the dark mode and more content, so they'll be copy-pasting EX links even for content that is visible on EH.

If you picked this as a random link to just try it out, You need to be logged in on an E-hentai account that's been around for a while (how long is never public knowledge, used to be a week weeks but pretty sure its a few days nowadays). If you try to access it without being logged in it'll just give you a white screen and set a cookie that'll make it keep showing that white screen if you log in afterwards, so you need to wipe your cookies then login in on E-hentai, then try exhentai again whenever that happens.
It looks very complex if you're not used to this but this is how they decided to protect themselves from Karens immediately getting access to the Loli stuff to report it as CP. If you're on your own device (and you're not the kind of person who uses incognito mode on their own device) you can just tell EH to keep you logged in and you don't have to deal with this shit most of the time.

Biggest difference is probably that we don't separate tags between Male, Female and Mixed, Which I think its a pretty big issue long term but we're in too deep to change it now and just have Reverse Rape, Reverse Netorare and Reverse Harem to fill that functionality for a few specific tags. Other differences will be pointed out to taggers/uploaders if needed (though I might just fix minor ones myself without bothering to speak up about it).
Honestly I'd prefer to extend the exception Gender Bender has to other tags like these in the future but I'm not quite sure how I'd go about it, loosening this presence requirement but allowing Transformation to be tagged alongside the more specific tag if the transformation itself has presence instead only the result isn't going to work for, well, Transformation ittself.
Should note that this fails presence because officially these tags only count/counted the process of expansion itself for presence not the result, so instant transformations like these would never be tagged. Gender Bender and Body Swap are the only exceptions to this on EX, those do count time spent in the transformed body as presence as well. People who care only about the transformation process can instead search for Gender Bender+Transformation (which is normally not allowed to overlap with more specific transformations but is allowed with Gender Morph to facilitate this)
Marik can you give page numbers for the 25% presence on Nakadashi because I'm not going to believe that on face value and would rather not add invalid tags just because EX didn't enforce a rule properly (Nakadashi is considered to be a bit of a lost cause by taggers there)

If no one likes a tag enough to use it substansialy we don't need it. Ex tags sorta get a free pass on this because they don't rely as heavily on our userbase, but even there I've never considered Anal Intercourse (which Shiou vetoed because he thought it was stupid, but Shirou's takes on anything beyond vanilla are pretty stupid so it shouldn't be a dealbreaker, but it is by far the biggest ex-exclusive tag to port over) to be needed simply because no one even cares enough to ask for it.
It has never been a requirement, the main requirement has been "does anyone active have time/motivation to maintain this" (which usually boiled down to the same thing, Shirou already had his own pet tags forced through and no one has been contributing to Tsundere since. (sure we're still tagging it on old galleries ourselves that way but verifying tags from ex takes a lot less effort than finding it before they've tagged it)
Marik rolling back the translator change on this one because I only noticed afterwards that you did more than adding Mesugaki. We're crediting translators/editors separately for this group, tag only continues to exist as a temporary substitute until I know it isn't used on pending uploads anymore.
