I would allow both to exist in parallel. On the one hand, I think it is unlikely that both entries will receive large new entries and on the other hand, I like to have artists separately. As an example on E/EX there are 3 different artists listed under hal / hal, as there are 2 more under these names.
If you search for more of that artist, you don't want to see anything from people with similar names.
To stay with the example, the one with these names here also has his in Japanese characters. From the one we already have here there are all works with the name in Latin characters only.
I admit, I haven't found any concrete evidence that he is the same one who participated in Doujins.com and Doki Fansubs as a translator.
But since he is only called Ero in the comments on E/Ex and the number of translators is limited, I would say it is the same person.
None of the direct actors die, only the guy who gets the sword in the back of the head doesn't seem to have survived.
And the gore, well I think it's more about the branding. Unfortunately, the term is so vague that it's difficult to define.
In terms of presentation, I would say that Dashoku Jutairoku if ~Kurayami no Hanshoku Shimai~ / 堕触受胎録if ～暗闇の繁触姉妹～, for example, can also be included.
Even if individual parts of the series have been split up again, I have now edited them all in chronological order. And I would unite them all under one collection rather than having separate collections for the individual parts.
